Gwendolyn Stone a native of Memphis, Tennessee after graduating from High School. I later received my Diploma in Medical Terminology and a certification as a Medical Assistant. I later was employed with Methodist Hospital South for fifteen years as a Patient Care Technician and a Medical Secretary. I am presently employed with Dr. Rodney Martin as a Patient Care Coordinator for twenty years. During my twenty years I have obtained my certification in CPR and OSHA training and 10 hours of CME credits every year. I have successfully completed ICD9 and ICD10 training and Risk Management training every year. As his Patient Care Coordinator my duties consist of excute daily operations of patient flow from check-in to check out and to oversee the office on a daily basis.
Margaret Pratcher, native of Memphis, Tn. Graduate of Northwest Mississippi Jr. College LPN Nursing Program. She as been in the Medical Field for over 30 years. Trained in EHR , Medical Scribing, Phlebotomy , Physician Assistant. After 30yrs of being in the medical field , Margaret knows exactly what drives her. It’s how well you connect with people trying to help and assist with communication. Margaret enjoys traveling , family and her church life. Margaret is dedicated and motivated to help and assist in any are of the medical staff needs. Margaret’s smile is contagious.
Alex Jenkins, a Memphis native graduated from Northside High School in 1999 and graduated from Concorde Career College in 2001. Alex has 17 years of dental assisting experience with certifications in BLS training, WCLI Water Laser training and consecutive years winning the Patients Choice Awards since 2015 with 20 CE hours yearly and multiple expanded function courses completed with great chair side manners specializing in helping patients get through their procedures with less anxiety.
